You see, we are currently living in an epidemic of what have been classified as – Non Communicable Diseases or NCD’s.
At the turn of the 20th Century, infectious diseases such as influenza, were the number one causes of death.
Jump forward 100 years to the present day and NCD’s are the biggest killer of people in our modern society.
NCD’s are the result of poor lifestyles and environments rather than diseases spread by viruses.
Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, digestive problems, mental health issues and autoimmune conditions, are all NCD’s or Lifestyle based diseases and conditions.
The current medical system is failing us and the government/media advice on health and nutrition is making us fatter and sicker.
So, we need to take charge of our own health and learn how to live a healthy and optimal life without the need for fad diets and endless medications.
That is where I come in. I have worked on a one to one basis with clients from all backgrounds, from elite professional athletes right across the board to helping numerous very sick people.
I have used my in depth knowledge of nutrition, functional medicine and genetics to put together a 10-week education/coaching program, to teach you the fundamentals of science based nutrition.
